One of the hardest achievements in life at a young age is to be able to understand and accept failures as a part of the growth process. Lessons come with each failure and prevents us from repeating the same mistake in the future. Sure, it may not be the most appealing concept, but it is a truth that others should learn to support.

Learning and developing new skills to bring new ideas to reality is what I strive for. I also enjoy collaborating with others who have a similar interest and are very passionate about what they do and have a great care to the people around them. Incorporating diverse and inclusive work environments not only creates a safer aura in the workplace, but it provides an opportunity to those who seek growth and opportunity, which is why I value these concepts.

My long term goals for my career are to build a strong software engineering foundation and continuously learn and explore, solving challenging problems and be able to impact teams by creating a safe and supportive presence within the teams I collaborate with and to remind them that, "no qustion is a dumb question" because we are all learning something new everyday.
